VTech Click & Count Remote

This is one of my sons favorite toys. We decided we needed to buy a remote for him since he always wants to play with the TV remote.

This one is great because it plays over 45 learning songs. When you push a number button it say the number, which is a wonderful learning tool. Each button has a preassigned channel that has songs to go along. The buttons are different colors and when pushed the remote says the color. There is also two options for volume, high and low.

As you child gets older it grows into a toy that will allow the child to play and use their imagination. The manufacture suggests ages 6 months to 3 years old.  Overall this is a win and very durable.

Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Rock-a-Stack

This toy was one of the first toys I bought for my son. The top ring has balls in it to make it rattle. As he has gotten older he likes to tip it over and pull off all the rings then put them back on the rack. The colors are very bright which grabs babies attention.

The toy is easy to clean and the post unscrews so you can fit it in your sanitizer. I remember playing with this as a child some things never go out of style!

Recommended for ages 6 months to 4 years old.

LeapFrog Learn and Groove Musical Table Activity Center

At first I thought this was for once baby is standing or pulling themselves up but it does break down and lays on the floor flat. This option is great for ages even younger.

It has both english and spanish language options. There are over 70 different tunes programed from old mcdonald to the ABC’s. I like this one because it will grow with your child and they can pull a chair up to it once they can sit on their own. I love how it has a story book in the middle to encourage reading and make reading fun!

The manufacturer recommends for ages 6 months to 3 years old. Priced under $50 and well worth it. (other tables like this are much more spendy.)

VTech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker

I originally purchased a different type of walker where he sits in it and can run freely around. I will discuss that one later, but I like this one because it really encourages baby to gain confidence to walk on his own.

Now, this one goes above and beyond. It has a telephone and a million buttons to play with that sing and talk to teach your baby colors, numbers and so much more. The play stations also unclips and allows for a completely separate toy.

Recommended for ages 9 months to 3 years old.

Fisher-Price Dance & Groove Rockit

This is a great sensory toy for baby because the face lights up and it has different textured hair on the feet. It reacts when you give it a high five to encourage baby to play along.

This toy also offers english and spanish and has 4 learning stages. There are over 1oo songs/phrases and this toy moves like it is dancing, it wiggles, so cute!  This is one of those toys that you can put your little one in front of and they will be entertained for a good little while.

Recommended for ages 6 months to 3 years old. This toy does go on sale often.

Manhattan Toy Winkel Rattle / Manhattan Toy Skwish Classic

I listed both of these products together because they are very similar. The plastic one (non-toxic) is great for younger babies because it is softer and will not hurt as much when baby hits themselves in the head. The second one is made of wood so it could hurt a bit more.

I started with the plastic one and… OMG my son loves this toy! I later saw the wood version and bought this one too. The wood one has elastic holding it together which is really fun. Both toys when thrown bounce in different directions.

Recommended for ages 6 months to 12 years old.

VTech Musical Rhymes Book

This musical book has classic nursery rhyme stories with interactive play. This toy has an on and off switch but there is no option to adjust the volume level.

The star on the spine of the book lights up and flashes. The colorful buttons on the side play different sounds and songs, introducing colors and instruments.

I like this toy because it offers two modes of play one music and one learning. and 6 different pages to flip and read. Recommended for ages 6 months to 3 years old.

Mega Blocks 80-Piece Big Building Bag

The Mega Blocks are in the top three toys because they are so much fun not just for baby but for an adult too. The way I play my son is I am the builder and he is the destroyer. He is only 10 months old so he is trying to help build but he really loves to break them down.

The storage bag provided is wonderful as well, fun for baby to dump them out and then refill and repeat. There is a clear part on the bag my son is mesmerized with, oh and of course the bags zipper.

The blocks are BPA free and big enough to not be a choking hazard. Recommended for ages 12 months to 5 years old. This toy also goes on sale often!

Safety 1st – Ready, Set, Walk! 2.0

It is amazing to see how fast your baby will learn how to move around in this walker. It has three different height adjustments that easily click into place. The tray has a removable toy attachment, so if baby is snacking you don’t have to worry about getting everything all messy.

Every toy on the tray will be played with, they are very stimulating. There is a button with sound in the middle that can be turned on or off. My favorite feature is the wide bottom which doesn’t allow baby to get into everything and keeps baby safe from tipping over. Lastly, it breaks down easy to take with you to family or friends house! T

his walker has three different color options available, the other two are purple and pink. The weight recommendations is up to 26lbs.

Evenflo ExerSaucerJump and Learn Stationary Jumper – Jam Session

There are three different options available for this baby jumper. We got the Jam Session one pictured. This one it typically a bit more pricey than the other color/theme options available.

I love the fact that this can be used for both boys and girls as the colors are very neutral. This by far was my son’s favorite toy. It has 45 learning activities in one and three different height settings.

The only negative I could tell you is its size, it won’t fit through a standard doorway. So if you have the space make sure and put it together in the room you plan on using it.

Each learning center has different volume options plus there is an off switch. The instruments that hang play sounds of the instrument pulled. The seat turns and is machine washable. I just absolutely love it and so does my little one!!!

Recommended for ages 4+ months and has a weight limit of 25 lbs.
